Hagley Weekly Sport -  2020

Trials for our  Hagley weekly sports will take place week 1 on Friday 7th February during school time, a 2nd trial will take place on Monday 10th. Hagley weekly sport will commence on the 14th of February.
This is a great time to get out and practice or get familiar with the rules of the sport/s you are interested in trialing for.  For those children that make a team, on Friday afternoons we travel by bus to Hagley Park to compete against other Christchurch schools.

The children will have the opportunity to trial for Touch Rugby, Tee-ball and Futsal.
We also have girls Cricket on offer and those trials will be during week 1 or 2 with Mr McKenzie.
We encourage you to have a go, do your best but mostly have fun doing it!!  Come and show us what you've got!

12th Mar -  North Zone Swimming Sports, 9am-12 pm Jellie Park

23rd Mar - Canterbury Duathlon, 9am-1.30pm

2nd Apr - Canterbury Swimming Sports, 9am-1pm

3rd Apr - Hagley Sport Ends

7th April - School Cross Country ( pp date 8th April)

Term 2:

1st May - Rugby Fun Day 11.30am - 2.45pm approx (pp date 8th May)

13th May - North Zone Cross Country - Murchison Park 1pm - 3pm (PP Date 20th May)

15th May - Hagley  Winter Sport begins

17th June - Canterbury Cross Country Championships - Halswell Quarry 10am-1pm (pp date 1st July)

1st July  -  North Zone Winter Tournament - Hagley Park 12pm- 3pm (pp date 22 July) 

Term 3:

20th August - Canterbury Winter Tournament (pp date 25th August and 27th August)

Hagley sport ends 21st August

Term 4:

 October  - School Athletics (pp date) TBA

11th November -  North Zone Athletics - Nga Puna Wai  9am -2.30pm (pp 18th date ) 

25th November - Canterbury Triathlon 

2nd December - Canterbury Athletics Nga Puna Wai 9am- 3pm  (pp date TBA)
